Refund Policy - Asapfarez

At Asapfarez, we want to make your travel experience smooth and stress-free. This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for flights, hotels, car rentals, and travel packages booked through our website (asapfarez.com). Most of our bookings, like airline tickets or discounted packages, are non-refundable, but we’re here to help you understand your options. Read on to learn more!

1. Can You Get a Refund?

Whether you can get a refund depends on the type of booking and its specific rules. Here’s a quick overview:

Important: To be eligible for a refund, your ticket must allow cancellations, and you must cancel at least 12 hours before the flight’s departure time. “No show” bookings are not refundable.

2. How to Request a Refund

Need a refund? Here’s how to get started:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our team at +1 (888) 678-5198 or contact@asapfarez.com. Have your booking reference number, name, and contact details ready.
  2. Submit Your Request: We’ll review your request and let you know if it’s eligible. You’ll get an email confirming we’ve received your request (this doesn’t mean it’s approved yet).
  3. Check with the Airline or Vendor: For flights or other services, the airline or vendor handles the refund. Contact them directly for more details if needed.

  1. Flights: Airlines typically process refunds in 7-21 business days. The refund goes back to the payment method used for booking.
  2. Travel Packages: Processing times vary based on the providers (hotels, activities, etc.). We’ll keep you updated on the status.

We’ll send you an email to confirm we’ve received your request, but this doesn’t guarantee approval. Contact our team anytime to check your refund status.

5. Non-Refundable Service Fees

Our service fees (listed on our Service Fees page) are non-refundable, even if your booking is eligible for a refund. Airlines or vendors may also charge cancellation or processing fees, which will be deducted from your refund.

6. Non-Refundable Bookings

Some bookings, like promotional fares or special deals, are non-refundable. These rules are shown during booking, so please review them carefully before purchasing.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy to reflect changes in our processes or laws. Updates will be posted on our website (asapfarez.com), and we encourage you to check back regularly.
